At SportsFit, our primary goal is to have a positive impact on the over all lives of our child, youth and adult athletes and non athletic participants.  Educating them on how to lead a more healthier, happier and satisfying lifestyle through various fitness activities, training methods and philosophies, nutritional education, character and team building exercises, visualization and goal setting techniques and positive affirmations techniques.

Our secondary goal is to improve and enhance our participants physical capabilities and skills.  By utilizing the four primary fitness components (Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength & Endurance, Flexibility & Body Composition), combined with the secondary components of fitness (Speed, Agility, Power, Balance, Mental Capacity, Stability and Coordination) to create an overall well balanced athlete and productive member of society.
